Escriba a hola@vocero.icu.
Who is responsible
The party responsible for the data on this site is CareCompile.
For any privacy matter and to exercise your rights, write to hola@vocero.icu. We explain how below.
What we collect
What you type in the demo form
- Name.
- Organization.
- Role.
- Country.
- Contact details (required, so we can reply). This is free text: a phone number or an email. Write only what you want to share.
- Message.
- The language you use on the site (Spanish or English).
What the server stores when it receives the form
- A fingerprint of the IP address: a one-way code computed with a secret salt. The IP address itself is not stored.
- A shortened version of the text your browser sends to identify itself (user agent).
- The date and time of the submission.
To block bots
- When the page loads, your browser requests a short-lived signed token. The form sends it back on submit and the server checks that it is valid. It slows down automated programs.
- A rate limit counts how many forms arrive from the same IP fingerprint in a short period. Those counts are kept only briefly.
What we use it for
We use the form data for one thing: to answer your demo request.
The IP fingerprint, the token and the rate limit protect the form from abuse and bots.
We do not use the data for advertising. We do not sell it. We make no automated decisions about you.
Legal basis, in plain terms
- You give us the data by sending the form, because you want us to reply.
- Protecting the form from abuse is a legitimate interest of ours.
Laws differ from country to country. This section must be confirmed in the legal review.
Who we share it with
The data is stored on CareCompile's own server.
We do not sell it. We do not share it with anyone, unless a law requires us to.
How long we keep it Proposal, to confirm
We propose to keep the form data until we answer the request, and at most 12 months.
This period is a proposal. We will confirm it in the legal review.
Your rights
You can ask us for:
- Access: to know what data of yours we hold.
- Correction: to fix incorrect data.
- Deletion: to have your data erased.
- Withdrawal of your consent, where you gave it.
How to exercise them
Write to hola@vocero.icu. In the subject, say that it is a privacy request, and in the message, what you are asking for. Also write the name and organization as you entered them the first time, so we can find your record. We do not store your IP address, so we cannot look you up by it.
We will reply to the address you write from. If you prefer, you can also use the form on the site and leave a way to contact you.
Security
These are the measures in place today:
- Encrypted connection (HTTPS).
- Strict security headers on the site.
- The IP address is kept only as a one-way fingerprint, with a secret salt.
- A signed short-lived token and a rate limit against bots.
- Access to the data is limited to authorized staff.
- The admin area locks after several failed sign-in attempts.
No measure is perfect. If we find a problem that affects you, we will act as the law requires.
Children
This site is for teams and organizations. It is not directed at children and we do not collect their data on purpose.
If you think a child sent us data, write to hola@vocero.icu and we will delete it.
International users
The site is aimed at people in Central America and the United States. Data is processed on CareCompile's server, which may be in a different country from yours.
Each country has its own data protection rules. This policy aims to be clear for everyone, and the legal review will confirm how it applies in each case.
Product in development
Vocero is in development and used only inside CareCompile. The examples and demos on this site use synthetic content, not real meetings or people.
This policy covers this website and its form. It does not describe how Vocero data will be handled when it is used with real meetings. If you need to know what happens to a specific piece of data, ask us.
Changes to this policy
Date of this version: 6 October 2026.
If we change it, we will publish the new version here with its date.
